This webcam sucks in many unique ways. Firstly it's pointed at a car park. Where are the dancing girls? They're all indoors, hiding. Secondly the quality is crappy because it's a Logitech Quickcam Express. Thirdly it runs on a Windows machine, because the brightness control is only in software, and the brightness control in the software under Linux just isn't up to it. Sorry.

Here's the hacky source to what I use to simply grab a frame and squirt it on to a samba mount every minute, no point providing a binary as the location is set at compile time. k3wl!
